🕒 How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To start a return, simply contact us via email. While you’re not required to give a reason, we welcome feedback and may reach out to understand how we can improve your experience.
🚨 Important Notice (Shipping & Lost Items)
International Orders: Please allow 25 working days from the estimated delivery date before reporting an item as lost. After this period, you may contact us for a full refund.
UK Orders: Tracking details are provided to monitor your delivery.
However, once a parcel is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, please file a claim with the delivery provider.
📦 Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Yes — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using tracked delivery to ensure your item reaches us safely.
💳 What Type of Refund Can I Expect?
Refunds are processed via bank transfer and will be issued once we receive the returned item or proof of return.
⏳ When Will I Receive My Refund?
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
However, we may delay the refund if:
The item has not been received, or
No proof of return has been provided.
💰 How Much Will My Refund Be?
You’ll receive a refund for the item value only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
❌ Can Final Sale Items Be Returned?
No — final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
